Adobe rejoices following Apple iOS iOS Developer Program license tweaks

We reported yesterday about the big change in Apple’s iOS Developer Program license guidelines – 3rd party development tools are in again and that includes Adobe Packager for iPhone that allows developers to use Flash and then convert the code to run on iPhone. Adobe was hit very hard by a previous change that restricted their tool so now their are back to relevancy. Last time, Adobe announced that they will stop the development for the Adobe Packager tool but according to a their blog post, they’ll restart it. “This is great news for developers and we’re hearing from our developer community that Packager apps are already being approved for the App Store”. However, what I am wondering is if developers will run back to use Adobe’s tools since I imagine they did not stayed idle during the restriction period and moved on to different tools. Meantime, if you jailbroken your iPhone and you want to have Flash working directly in the Safari browser, you can always try Frash.
